I have a 9.9 Johnson OB, I was hooking up my power to everything after moving batteries and putting in new wires to panel. Well this is the issue. I change all the wires but the ones from the motor.
I forgot that on this set up that red was ground n white was hot. well I had it other way around. I hooked up water supply to my motor and went and pushed the button, and got a click, that was it, I only hit it once, and then relized my mistake and changed it back. Now it wont do anything now. HELP!

Look under the plastic cover and check the fuse. My 94 sailmaster had one.

Bear,
I did the same thing with my Tohatsu 8 and I'm sure you have a fuse there somewhere. Follow the wires, mine was clipped in very close to the voltage regulator.
