I discovered on an overnight this weekend that my anchor light and the running light on my mast also isn't working but my deck light is working. My running lights do work. My hope is the bulbs on those two are the problem. I replaced the fitting at the base of the mast. Does anyone know the bulb size for the anchor light and the mast running light? Going up the mast once is enough.

Thanks

I learned that the brand of the anchor light and the running light deck light combo is Hella for my boat. Does anyone have their mast down and have the same brand? If so I'd appreciate a model number if one exists. I could probably get the bulb size if I knew the model number. The bulb size would even be better.

Thanks.

You could try running a continuity check before going up the mast. It should tell you if the bulb is bad or not.

Steve,

Don't know if this helps, but I had to replace my bow light. I think the WK and WB have the same setup. I used Ancor #522112. My running lights and anchor lights also use the same bulb.

Believing that you shouldn't exceed your level of competence or risk life and limb, I hired someone to go up my mast and check my anchor light. It turns out the problem was the contacts weren't pressing hard enought on the bulb for a good contact.
