I have a couple zippers on my dodger that has some of the teeth that have come apart, making zipping and unzipping quite an adventure

Does anyone have this problem (maybe on a mainsail cover) who has a fix?

Thanks,

I did use a zipper lube but have used wD-40 too as it dries and seems to last for a season. Repair of a zipper is almost impossible if a tooth or two have come loose.

I had some missing teeth on the zipper of my poptop cover and had to have the entire zipper replaced. If I remember correctly, it didn't cost all that much and the canvas shop did it in about 10 minutes as I waited.

After this season, I'm replacing my way past it's prime mainsail cover and my only requirements are "no velcro" and "no zippers".
