So I have done some research, and it seams that Bias-ply is a better choice due to sway then a radial. I would like to get some feedback from the group.
I researched trailer tires not long ago when I was tire shopping. They do make a radial trailer tire but its draw back is sway. I prefer a stiff side wall bias tire for the weigh we haul.
I don't think I'd notice the difference either way, and I have a lot of trailer miles under my hitch, so it's an economic decision in my eyes, as long as it is a properly rated tire. What is much more important is that they are properly inflated, and balanced.
