Anyone have a picture and part list for a set of cabin-top jib tracks?

I bought a Pattison 85% jib but do not have the proper jib tracks. The jib sheet should pass between the forward lower and upper shroud.

I have never drilled a hole in a boat.
I recall seeing of a segment on "Ship Shape TV" about drilling holes in a deck. I think they mentioned to drill a bigger hole than needed, fill the hole with epoxy and let it set, then drill the desired hole size. This was to prevent water from invading the hull. Anybody use this technique?

For sealant, I have polysulfite. Is the proper technique to lay down a thin layer on deck, let it set, and then install the hardware? The thought is if you don't let it set, the sealant get squeezed out.

Thanks,
Craig

You might want to consider using the outside tracks and use a barber hauler to pull it inboard. This would save the time of installing a track. Although I am not sure what would be the correct location for the BH. I even thought of trying one on my C25 to haul the jib inboard when needed. I have seen these on racing cats to handle getting the jib inboard.

the capri25 has coremat as the material between the fiberglass, so the bigger hole then filling with epoxy is not nessary
the deck is really solid glass. As for the location of the track, go sailing with the sail up and look at the slot beteen the job and main, you will want to adjust the sheet just before backwinding the mainsail, but have enough shape in the sail to keep the leach of the sail full and in shape.

Drill the correct size holes, put a bead of faulk down secure the track to the deck and snug the bolts, do not tighten all the way down, wait a day then tighten the bolts to secure the track

What Capri 25 said. Also recommend 3M 4000 UV sealant, it stays pliable and will flex with the deck and track without developing leaks.

But a question, won't putting the tracks where you want them interfere with your lines?
