The holiday parade will be Dec. 8 this year, at 7 PM. Fleet 7 guys, if you're not reading your email, please let me know if you are coming for the annual raft up, dinner, pot luck desert, parade watching, kayaker feeding, boat decorating, extravaganza. I have a couple of people who need a ride. So far we have 3 boats with a couple I have not heard from.

Its going to be fun.

I used rope lights, powered by an inverter and my house batteries. I attached the rope lights to the head sail halyard toggle, and halued it up along with the genoa.
As you can see, this was a blue moon.

I use a small Honda 2000 generator and hoist lights up the halyards. I run an extension cord to the other boats in our raftup as needed, too.

Henk, my main looks a little tight in that shot. I've decided I better slack the main halyard, loosen the outhaul, and get a little more draft and twist in her, especially on that reaching course.

Too bad you can't make it this year, here are a few photos from years past.
