Gents, I tried to change it to my new email address but I get an error message that says, "There Was A Problem With Your Details * E-mail Address already in use, Please Choose Another"
My old email address was dhapp@wmis.net. My new email address is dhapp@gotsky.com. It won't let me use the new one, but still desplays the old email address in my profile and I don't know how to change it. Thanks, Dan
I think I was able to make this change for you. You should see an email in th Gotsky in box that you will need to approve or somthing.
Here is what happened - I was correct in that you tried changing that email back in September, I found the post and it tipped me off as to what occured. When you tried back then you never replied to the email addressed to the "gotsky.com" mailbox. The system had that email locked in place awaiting confirmation from you. When you continually tried to change it, it disallowed the change because the address was already in the system even though not in use.
Check to make sure that your system allows emails to come from this site. The confirmation email might have gone to the junk/spam box.
