EYC will be hosting one of US Sailing's Safety at Sea Seminars on March 30th. It is geared toward offshore sailing and cruising and while it is required for many offshore regattas it will also have definite cruising benefits as well. John Rousmanierre and Capt. Bonds, USN (Ret) are the main speakers. All the information you need should be in this link.
