Since we're into the dog days, I thought I'd throw out a simple but useful trailer modification (I borrowed this out of a Catalina 22 tech tips manual.)
Ever have a problem getting your swing keel centered on your trailer and the ramp is wet and you need all the traction you can muster? So far this has worked first time, everytime.
I have been thinking of this lately OJ. Thanks for making me remember before I use the trailer again. The last time we pulled out, the port side was heavier then the starboard due to gear piled high and the water tank on the other side being empty. It was a bugger to get the boat squared. Your guide idea will definately help.
