I received the Feb. 2008 issue of Mainsheet today. Be sure to read the story starting on page 6 entitled "Darn that devil Rum" by Bobby McCullough. It's a cute story and it's true. He's a member of our C-22 fleet here in Nashville.

Okay...what is the story with you getting it before the rest of us ? Is there any rationale for that or just luck of the draw ? Where is that magazine mailed from anyway....Nashville ?

If we knew where the magazine is mailed from and then record how long it takes for each of us to get it....we could map out the USPS efficiency for different areas of the country !

As you can see...I am suffering from a bad case of a few days of nasty & cold weather...and have not been able to go out sailing. Don't you guys up north with all that snow feel sorry for me ?

Spring is right around the corner ! Where is the Mainsheet Magazine ?..I could use it right now !

Seems it's my Lats & Atts issue that's always late in arriving...probably either homeland security or the local postals ensuring everything is in order

They obviously don't mail them alphabetically as my surname starts with "C" and I haven't received it yet!

Yeah ! West Marine came thru and delivered me a new catalog earlier this week. Still waiting for my copy of Mainsheet. Maybe I will snoop around the USCG Hqtrs building next to my marina and see if their mailman is bringing in magazines for inspection.

Larry, you're still doing better than me - haven't seen mine yet. Maybe it's slow getting around the beltway to the Maryland side...

Hey Dan ! Don't they still use the Pony Express in your area ? That may explain it's condition.
