After a great day of sailing yesterday, I noticed while motoring in, the outhaul pin was falling out on one side. One of the 2 clips were missing. I am assuming the end of the outhaul line came off. How can I reconnect it all. Will I have to remove the aft boom cap- it that held in by screws to remove or just pop off.
Then how do I hold the line in place to slide in the pin. Will I need some long wire to align?
It was late and dark upon arriving at my slip so I didn't have a real good chance to look at it.

How is your outhaul set up? I'm not sure what you are calling an outhaul pin.
