through the winter, I have lots of black small spots all over my top side, hard to get out,
my gelcoat is kinda flat, and appears to be all over the boat, any suggestions on how to remove??

Tub/tile cleaner--spray on, let sit, wipe off, and rinse. If that doesn't do it, then Soft-Scrub with Bleach. (Watch your clothes.)

clorox and water.
1 cup to one galon is a good place to start.
if it needs more add more clorox.

take a brush and brush it on.
do sections at a time.

tilex will also do a great job.

remve all your covers or anything made of cloth that you don't want bleached.
remember to plug that hole by the hatch and hull at the top.
