Steve, Exactly what do you need dimensions and a photo of? Do you need the mounts that screw to the side of the stove, with the counter weight, or just the trunions that are screwed to the side of the heat shield?
I guess I need both. HappyD, your picture is very helpful. I assume that this is the trunions for the pivot and is attached to the heat shield. I'm looking for pictures of both the trunions and the mounts.
Here are more photos. I'll get detailed dimensions if you need them. It'll take a few days though. I have to head out of town. (Have to go to Jacksonville) Dan
The counter weight is a 1 1/4" galvanized bar, 18" long.
What a great response. Thanks HappyD for the effort you put into this. I'm now wondering if I can find these parts any where. I guess I'll post on the shop meet. Thanks again.
It doesn't look easy or in-expensive to build. I have to believe buying and older stove that doesn't work might be better. Instead of bending it, you could weld all the corners, or build it flat. Can you weld stainless? The heat shield on mine is tapered. It is wider in the front than it is in the back.
