Loren, thanks for the good word! I promise not to tell any of my lawyer jokes!<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle> several of my best friends are lawyers!!

Ellis, State Farm(as I have already stated) is a great company. The big difference between direct writers and independent agents is; if the direct writers company(ie:USAA, State Farm, Nationwide, Allstate,etc,etc)ever cancel you you have to find another agent. If one of my companies cancel you, I find you another company. I also routinely shop the market to find a better deal for my customer too. Your State Farm agent cant do that! All he has is State Farm. Another true story for you, State Farm quite writing homeowners insurance here in Florida because of hurricanes. I have picked up several upscale x-State Farm clients because they bought a new house and after having State Farm insurance for 20 yrs, State Farm wouldnt insure thier new home. Some very unhappy campers, folks that has never had a claim!
