I have many many holders, more than I probably use through out the cockpit area. There are two JR PRODUCTS Mugger Folding Drink Holder in white mounted to the seat/gas storage one on each side, two SNAPIT Single Poly Gimbaled Drinkholders one on each of the stanchions that are at the front of the cockpit and three SNAPIT Single Drinkholder - Poly Snap It attached to the pedestal, and the base of each of the stern rail seats. A bit of over kill but always one available. All are purchased from West Marine
I got these great cup holders from my local Schwinn Bike store. You can mount them 4 different ways. The about under $20 each. I cant think of name but next time at boat I will look. Steve A
I thought about cup holders for over a year, tried the kind with the suction cup on it and spilled the drink first time out. I didn't want to drill holes to mount anything, too permanent if I didn't like them. I settled for some I found at an auto parts store, the kind you hang on the door/window sill in a car. 4 for around $2. I hang one or 2 on the fuel locker and the locker lid holds them in place. I've used them for a year and I'm happy with them.
I like the idea of drink holders that are down low, stuff hanging on lifelines tends to get knocked around. Stanchion mounted cup holders are nice too, but not sure $40.00 apiece is worth it.
Bob, I found what I think are the perfect cup holders at Boaters World! They call them their LIQUID CADDY ULTIMATE DRINK HOLDER and they cost 12.99 a piece. The come with suction cups as well as hardware for mounting on your stainless rails. They are gimbal mounted, and twist to increase their diameter so they can accomodate a can or a 20 0z pepsi bottle, drain out the bottom and have a little bit of insulation. try cutting and pasting this URL: http://www.boatersworld.com/product/337010367msk.htmI If it doesn't work just go to Boatersworld.com and do a search on cup holders! Willy
Willy, we had those on our C22. They are very nice and the changing size is a nice feature. We ended up letting them go when we sold the C22.because of two issues. One is the plastic (white turned yellowish) tended to change color after a while in the sun. Second, spiders like to live in them. The Admiral hates spiders so we don't have the holders anymore. Took off the bimini for the same reason. No places to hide for spiders on the Nauti Duck!
One word of caution. I usually left cup holders mounted. Not anymore. On one trip, at night, my drunken buddy walked into and snapped off the cup. I now remove cups or turn them in such a way no one will break them off, drunk or sober! Steve A

Steve, I can't figure it out...every time I post a link it doesn't work...yours does and it appears identical. I just cut and pasted the URL from the top of my browser. Are you doing something different? Willy
