I followed the SailorTailor link to an odd conglomeration of search services. Is that where it is supposed to go? I was expecting the Sailorstailer which is a loft near me and can be found at sailorstailer.com.

Great! I had a roller cover made by them that came in at 20% less than their estimate that was already well below an off the shelf product.
