Does anyone know what manufacturer/model porta potti that straps down and fits properly in the Capri. I've only looked at the dimensions of the Thetford 135 and it appears to be a little too tall.

I purchased a Dometic 970 from West Marine. It is a little bit taller than the allowed space, which for me is fine as we repurposed the forward sleeping area to be head and sail storage. I took the hinged cushion support (that would go over the head) off and also took off the filler for the center piece. The hinged cushion cover to starboard I left and left the cushion on it. We use that for storing tp, toilet chemicals, first aid kit and such.

The toilet itself is pretty neat. It comes with a nice mounting bracket which is quite secure. In addition, the flushing water tank is pressurized by a hand pump.
