I use [url="http://www.sailflow.com/?newHomeRegionID=200"]Sailflow[/url] and my [url="http://weather.noaa.gov/cgi-bin/fmtbltn.pl?file=forecasts/marine/coastal/an/anz335.txt"]local NOAA weather forcast[/url].
I keep a NOAA radio on the boat.
If you still have a PDA you can download [url="http://www.toolworks.com/bilofsky/tidetool/"]"Tide Tool"[/url] and set it for your area. It has both a text and graph view of the tides with moon phases and sunrise/sunset times.

You can also buy an inexpensive digital shortwave reciever, plug the earphone jack into a laptops mike input and download GRIB files that way.
