Has anyone just replaced the leats on the traveler on the stern. Ours are worn out and am trying to determine size and fairlead or not.. without drilling too many holes! All thoughts are appreciated.

Alan, take a look at my traveler mod in the current "Mainsheet" tech tips. It makes the traveler useful instead of a pita!
