On Saturday, my ship and I went sailing at the US Sailing Center of Martin County(http://www.usscmc.org/). As the rest of the group went out on a Flying Scot with the instructor, I went by myself on a Sunfish, sailing into the Indian River Lagoon. At some point during the day, I noticed a boat that looked fairly familiar. So as I sailed closer, it was in fact a Catalina 25. I told the fellow who I was, and that I owned the same boat, and if I could come aboard to talk. So, I tied up to his C25(easier said than done on a Sunfish) pulled my sail down, and climbed on. His name is Allan R. and has owned many boats, but was attracted to the C25, for its trailerability. He bought his in July very for a steal, and invested much into her. I directed Allan to this site and, after getting his card, I untied my boat, jumped of his, and reriged mine, then sailed back to the Sailing Center. I hope I see him on this website or in person again, as he seems like a nice gentleman.

A young couple in our yacht club and Fleet 36, owners of the newest C250 on our lake, just had a baby last month. Trying to get them to join the Association. His name is Alexi, so please welcome them if they do ever log in.
