Very easy to install and they supply all parts, drill bits, etc. Some advantages are you can raise sail port or starboard just by returning lines to clips on mast do not have to worry about wind when releaseing. No more accidentental jams. Just remember place clips on boom in respect to batts on sail.

<font color="blue"><font size="4"><font face="Comic Sans MS">mrapkins I had the SailCradle on my 22' Catalina Capri and was satisfied with the performance. When I moved up to the Catalina C250, one of the first things I did was add the SailCradle package. Then I moved up to the Catalina 310, where a Dutchman flaking system came with the boat as standard.
When you flake your main sail, the battens need support in certian areas to make the flaking process easy to managed, the SailCradle clips are shown in red circles in photo.
