Seeking a responsible party for non-equity partnership. We have a 2006 Catalina 250 with a slip on main channel in Newport, CA. Too many upgrades to mention. Great amenities available at Marina. Private parking, security patrol, key access, private bathrooms with showers, private pump out, electrical, water. Excellent location!! You can't beat the view.

We rarely use it so if you live in OC, you would probably have it during the week all the time. We can split weekends. Sail in harbor or venture out to see in exchange for portion of slip fees, insurance, & maintenance. Starts at $ 495.00 a month. You must see!
