Got an email from iboats.com today. They're having a sale on odd lot boat covers, various sizes. I bought a cadet grey Sunbrella custom cover for a 21 ft boat, for $49.95. I'm going to modify it for the C-25 like I did last year with a sharkskin cover for less than $100 after mods. It's still working fine but the bow portion was trimmed back shorter than I wanted. Maybe I'll do this one to to go over the boom and attach to the shrouds. At any rate I'll have a back-up or I'll put the older one over the C-22.

Here are pics from the first one I did. The cover was for a 20 ft Tahoe according to the box it came in. A cover for a 18-19 ft boat would likely work also, as this one is a bit too wide. As you can see, too much fabric was trimmed off of the "V". I wanted it about 12" across after cutting. They thought I wanted it cut back 12". It was supposed to go almost up to the bow pulpit. Next time I'll take better measurements and draw lines on the underside where to cut. It's not a neat job, but it protects what needs to be protected. The hole for the mast is 4"x6" and the zipper closes from the mast to the edge. The hole, zipper, and squaring off the "V" cost about $50 plus tax.
The cover I ordered arrived today. This will not be a custom made cover like yours, Larry, but it also will not cost anywhere as much. However, I did get the "over the boom" idea from seeing your pics on your web site months ago. Thanks!
Here is a picture of my over the boom cover. It just goes down to the life lines. Keeps most of water and even occasional snow off the boat. Keeps the cockpit covered, as the top slopes back and down from the end of the boom.
