Right click on the URL and copy it.
Go to the bottom of the thread (in the original tab) and select "Reply to Topic".
Once the reply window opens, change the format mode from "Basic" to "Prompt".
Type the text you want to appear in your response.
Then, highlight the word you want to use as the hot link and then choose the "Insert Link" icon located on the Format toolbar. A window will open and ask for the URL that you have saved.
Place the cursor in the box, right click and select "Paste".
