I know this is not what you had asked for, but it is the #1 item I use for marine wire/cable management in place of the ties you are asking about, you have to supply the zip tie separate. There are a few advantages, they are reusable (just cut your old zip tie off and put on a new one). It takes up a little less space as the wire bundle runs over the top of, not next to the screw. In areas where you can't use a screw these can be epoxied to fiberglass.
