I'm sure that there are probably a million different ways to do this, but what are some good, environmentally friendly, and safe ways to clean and refinish the teak rails? Thanks.

Not to try to squelch a discussion, but this is one of those topics that's been discussed many, many times. Try the Search function above, pick the C-25 forum, and search for "finish teak"--I suspect you'll see a long list of threads.
