Fantastic pictures Jim. What kind of winds did you have that day?

Wonderful pix! Good lookin' sails! I hope you were passing that Cape Dory... (I love 'em, but...) And it looks like you're giving that C-30 a scare!

I actually owe the Cape Dory 26 No Regrets a little time. We are always really close. The Cat 25 can point a little higher. No Regrets beat me solidly that day. I don't know why. We had strong winds the whole day. They walked away from us on the spin leg, driving much deeper out to the island and coming up later. We remained high all the way with the spin trimmed in for a reach. You can even see that in the photo.

Around the island, where you see us heeled over pretty hard, we had winds 12 to 15. Its hard to say, we were busy. We had just doused spin, you can see Craig sheeting in the jib. We had just suffered a big round up so I believe that gust must have been near 20 (we did not have all the sails flattened, yet).
