My CD owner's manual only has the overall dimensions of the four different openings (pre-1989, with pop-top, without pop top, post-1989). It doesn't list the actual dimensions of each individual crib board.
My CD manual lists 4 different top widths: "A" 30-7/8", "B" 29-1/8", "C" 32", and "D"30-3/4". Corresponding heights (H) and bottom widths (WB) are: H: 31" 28-1/2" 32--3/4" 28-3/4" WB: 19-5/8" 19" 20-1/2" 20" board depth for all 4 is 3/4" Book doesn't say which goes to which model years.
I recommend taking a 4'x4' piece of plywood, tracing out the crib boards as if it was one piece, and keep that as a backup hatch board/template.
