Hello I'm Jeff, I'm a newer member with a passion for sailing. Besides bareboat chartering I own a 1985 Catalina 25 swingkeel. I have completely refurbished our boat and enjoy fresh water sailing on beautiful lake delavan. I just completed my 1st painting of the bottom and it came out great. Last season my depth finder started acting funny. I plan to used mdr-720 to paint my transducer. Has anyone used this product before? Any tips on application? Any better product experienced? Thanks for your time and have a wonderful sailing season.

MDR has worked well for me. Just follow the directions. A brush is attached to the cap, like nail polish. One bottle will last longer than you'll be able to avoid losing it.

I've used it for several years all from the same bottle...seems freezing didn't effect its usefullness.
