I'm not ready to shoot the sheriff but rather the legal system. How swift justice is considered served after 3 years is tragic. I pray Bismarck becomes a well paid spokesperson for Legal Reform. Three Years to resolve a collision is disgusting, and it is not over yet.

Seems like the CA A.G. should follow up on this... There was something very smelly going on between the local prosecutor and the sheriffs. No admiralty court would've put up with that nonsense.

You can just log onto Paypal and use his email address to indicate who to send to.
