Good news, moved up to a C320. Bad news, I own two boats. Located on Lake Erie in Michigan, 1986 C25 swing keel, pop top, 100% fresh water with road worthy tandem axle trailer. The interior of the boat is exceptional, the exterior good to excellent, the 135% furling genoa is excellent, and the main is an OEM in fair condition. New in 2008: Raymarine A60 chart GPS plotter, Solara VHF with mast top Shakespeare VHF antenna and milspec coax, two house deep cycle and one dedicated start battery, 2 Garhauer deck organizers, anodized mast head sheaves; Sureflo electric pressure water at both sinks; electric 1000 GPH bilge pump, 3 coats VC17 bottom paint, 3 bow 60" long bimini. New in 2008 for trailer: 4 tires, wheel bearings, and lighting. New in 2009, Simrad TP10 autotiller and Forespar whisker pole. 1986 Johnson Sailmaster two stroke with electric start and generator, marina inspected and rewired in 2009. CDI furler, 2 cabin top chrome Lewmar #6 and 2 main chrome Lewmar #16 self tailing. Dinette interior. All cabin and exterior lights operate properly. Exterior teak refinished with Sikkens in 2009.
