I took some measurements on my trailer a while back and documented them for posterity. Someone was trying to set up trailer for a Capri 25 before putting the boat on the trailer. I don't remember who it was, but there used to be a thread on this site pertaining to it. I also think I sent the sketches to the webmaster for inclusion on this site, but I don't know if that happened and I've not gone looking for them since. Send me an email at joearcht@jwha.net and I'll send you a copy of my sketches/pics/notes if all else fails.
Bill, you might want to look at a new trailer from sailtrailers.com. I bought a very basic trailer made for the Capri 25 from them at a cost of $2000. I was going down the path of buying a used trailer and having some welders I work with modify it for me. In the end, the new trailer was going to cost me about $400 more than putting together a used one. It also solved my concerns about workmanship and liability.
