Dave, I don't think you need a masthead crane to rig a spinnaker halyard for a C25. We discussed that previously. The following hyperlink will take you to that discussion. In the fourth reply, John P. provides a photo showing how to rig it.

Thanks Steve. Based on this and our other discussions I am going to try to rig the aspin w/o a masthead crane.
