I don't own an E/P sail but evidently they are the preferred sail for the Capri 25's at Wayzata. I talked with Harry Pattison a couple of months ago about purchasing a spinnaker for my Capri and we both came to the conclusion separately that I should just use my current old spinnaker this year and purchase a new spinnaker next year if I choose to do so. Harry turned away business for now but he will have my business for later. On the Cat 25 sail, verify the dimensions. I purchased a UK tape drive Cat 25 furling genoa "new" from Masthead sails for a very good price. It is what I could afford at the time. The trouble is that the luff appears 2' shorter than optimal so I'm losing some sail area. Also you probably are using a foil instead of a roller furler, so the furling genoa UV cover just adds weight to the sail. I recommend the following: First, determine how serious you are about racing vs your budget. Second, call Harry at E/P sails and discuss the pros/cons of using that sail on the Capri. My Cat 25 sail was the best I could do at the time and I'm sticking with it for this season but now I'm thinking about buying an E/P genoa for next season
Another "+1" for Harry and EP Sails. I am currently running 3 EP sails (main, #1 and #2) with plans for a new EP spin next off-season. The quality of every sail is exceptional, and Harry's been very helpful at all times - he's even posted some tuning information here from time to time if you search the archives.
