There is an asymmetrical Capri 25 spinnaker for sale on ebay. Can anyone tell me if it would work on my new to me Catalina 25 std rig?

It appears that it would be too big for your standard rig boat. The sail's I dimension is 30.8' and it's P dimension is 26.5'. Your standard rig I dimension is 29.0' and it's P dimension is 24.66'. That means your headstay is too short to accomodate the luff of the asym. I believe it would fit a tall rig C25.

Keep checking ebay, however. I have seen some nice C 25 asyms for good prices from time-to-time, but you have to be patient, because they don't show up often.
