-Currently stored indoors on her trailer in the Portland area. She’s very clean, well maintained and ready to sail! I’ve owned her for 10 years and love this boat. Family has grown so we’ve moved up to a new boat. Sailed in 2004 national regatta.
Let me know if you're further interested and would like to inspect or sail her.
Loren, From the picture on the trailer it would appear Epiphany is a fixed keel. Is that correct? By the way, it is generally considered the 78 is the pick of the litter?
Thanks for noting my omission. She is a Swinger or she'd be MUCH higher on that trailer. I've made the change to the ad.
She is a beauty. Hurts me to list her but owning two boats is not an option (just ask my wife)! I will miss her though and give her full credit for my continued love of sailing.
Not to speak for Loren, (hi Loren!) but the photo of the boats in the slip was taken at the 2004 Nationals in Portland. I thought that it looked familiar. The 250 in the photo is #702. By the way, we've been spending some time, off and on, in Eugene and got out for a drive to Fern Ridge last weekend. Was surprised that there were not that many boats in the water yet. Our excuse over this way is that we're waiting for ice to melt off Payette Lake. Won't be that much longer now.
Steve, sorry to say that my boat is one of the ones not in yet. We will take the tarp off today and get the mast up. Launch is about two weeks away. Most sailors at Fern Ridge put in mid-to-late May when the weather is consistently better. Fair weather sailors. The racers are already in and many of them also keep their boats on trailers and lift them in for races. Wouldn't want anything to even begin to grow on their bottoms.
Give us a call sometime when you're in Eugene and we'll go for a sail. Or you can help us launch!!

OK John, I'll bite. After getting a full season of my 250 under my belt I'll write up a review for everyone. I can tell you already that there are many things I both appreciate about the 250 and miss about the 25 that stand out already, but I'll keep you all in suspense until later this season.
Until then, we can all just be one big, happy Catalina family.
