I am in process to fitting out my Venture trailer with keel guides. Using (2) parallel 2x6x12' boards u-bolted to bunk supports spaced 8" apart, hopefully to guide the boat an keep centered upon haulout.
Any comments appreciated.

Better be a dual axle trailer you're working with.
