Does anyone know how many yards of material it should take to recover all the cushions in a C25? I need to do the V-berth, L-shaped settee, starboard bench and quarter berth. I have a roll of sunbrella but don't want to start the process if I don't have enough. It is a long shot, but does anyone know off hand?

Don't have a clue. Do the highest traffic and most visible cushions first, i.e. main cabin and quarter berth, then see what you've got left. Can you get more of the same pattern?
We recently recovered all our cushions. We used a set of matching sheets and heavy canvas curtains to do it. The set came with matching pillows, table clothes etc. They were standard floor length curtains. I believe we used a panel a piece for each bench cushion and back rest cushion. We used a twin sheet a piece for the two main v-berth cushions and a full and a queen for the two aft berth cushions. And then we used the top part of the left over curtain panels to make actual curtains for the cabin. Because we bought the stuff on sale, I think we got away with doing all that for like, 30 bucks or so. And it looks surprising NOT ghetto! lol. I have no doubt it will not last as long as sunbrella, but it's all washable, has matchnignaccessories and looks good (your opinion may vary). I think there's a pic in my chronicle thread that shows how it looks.
it also depend of the type of patern you have. Because there is lost every time you try to match it with the side of each cushion. Best is no patern. Sorry, but I forgot how much it took me, but do remember that I had to go back and get some more.
If the material you are using is plain and has no pattern, measure the width of it on the bolt, probably 60”. Then measure the length. Now when you are measuring your cushions make sure you run the material the same direction on all cushions in any particular set. Figure the blank sizes for them all. You will need to add ½ inch seam allowance for each seam. measure the boxes (sides) the same way. When you have a diagram for them see how to place them on the fabric so that you can get the best usage of your fabric. To conserve on the Sunbrella, the bottoms of the cushions can be covered with a different fabric. Where you are placing a zipper, treat that panel as 2 different blanks, with the zipper between them, add seam allowance. Finally you should add 10% to the total yardage. If you plan to use to old foam, here is a quick tip, glue some Dacron batting to them. This will add a new fuller look to the finished product
Glen is so correct in his advice...We are fortunate that our original cushion covers still look great...I will mention that the bottom (underside)is a vinyl coated fabric...allows for resistance to the water which invariably seeps through the portals...
My wife is recovering our cushions and figured 10 yards. The Vinyl sides and zippers are still good so we are reusing them. We have the traditional layout so you might need to adjust for the L shaped cushion. The fabric has a pattern so she made allowance for that. She bought matching solid color to make the piping for the edges.
