Selling 1973 Catalina 22 due to illness.

Swing keel

Pop-top model

Sails in very good condition. Non-furling Jib

Cushions are in excellent condition

No Motor Included

No Trailer Included.

Things I know and you might ask about:
- Needs a good cleaning.
- Teak needs cleaning and finishing.
- Wooden hatch entry panels need refinishing
- One stay should be replaced.
- Front Hatch cover hinge bolts need to be replaced.
- Motor mount difficult to use.
- Keel wire has not been replaced in 5 years
- Tip of rudder needs minor repair.
- Boat was not sailed last year and has been sitting in my yard since the fall of 2008.

Low price because I want to sell quickly. otherwise I will donate it.

Get a new stay. spend an hour re-fiberglassing tip of rudder and washing boat and you could be sailing.
