OK - 2 weeks to go! We have tons of sponsors. Frank Butler and Sharon Day are attending the event. Frank is bringing his 47. Sharon is bringin her 36. We are expecting Catalina to donate a major gift - perhaps a week at Frank Butler's condo in Puerto Vallerta.

A local boatyard has donated a $2000 bottom job.

Garhauer has donated a hydraulic vang and an adjustable genoa car system (worth about $2k).

West Marine has donated about $2k of stuff.

A bottom cleaning company has donated bottom cleaning for a year (worth about $1500).

We have donations from Rigworks, Mauri Pro, Ulman sails and West Marine and many more.

We will be raffling off these items every night during the event. Anyone can buy a raffle ticket (contact me). Tickets will be $5 or 5 for $20.

We have 23 boats entered, 16 of them Cat 30s and 309s.

Our Association has the following:

3 Catalina 25s, all standard rigs. Will be sailing spinnaker fleet with non-spin offset for the one boat without a spin. Last year's National Champion and I will be racing! (I am very excited). Bring it on, Scott!

2 Catalina 250 Water Ballasts. A head-to-head, true one design race.

2 Capri 25s. Also a one design race.

5 races in 3 days! Ocean and Bay!

Race me to Ensenada, 65 miles, double or nothing the next weekend!!!

Interesting fact - every single C25/250 or Capri 25 boat entered is from outside San Diego Bay!

I have a member flying from Chicago to crew on my boat! (Plus one of my regulars).

We will have tee shirts. The design is a dry shirt and features Indiscipline with spinnaker and Sojurn (the C30 organizer's boat) both boats up spin off Point Loma. Its a great shirt designed by a friend of mine. All sponsor logos are on there, too.

Every skipper is getting one and we will have plenty for sale.

We will have parties every night. The BIG party is Saturday night and everyone is invited! If you want to be my guest, please contact me!

Yes. Proceeds go to the San Diego All Catalina Association.

I don't know what you would do if you won bottom cleaning for a year!
