I have been trying for several weeks to get Ken in the parts department to respond to my inquiry about a part. He keeps telling me he will get back to me but he never does. Am I alone with this problem? Any suggestions on how to go around him?
If Ken is the only one you can deal with, perhaps Mr. Butler could forward your concern. I found a few years ago Ken responded via E mail in an acceptible time frame.

I sent a reminder email to Dani yesterday afternoon and got a reply back right away. Seems that his computer went down for a few days and he lost some info. Maybe the same thing happened to his shipmates at Catalina? -Will
