I have been trying for several weeks to get Ken in the parts department to respond to my inquiry about a part. He keeps telling me he will get back to me but he never does. Am I alone with this problem? Any suggestions on how to go around him?

If Ken is the only one you can deal with, perhaps Mr. Butler could forward your concern. I found a few years ago Ken responded via E mail in an acceptible time frame.

I've written Catalina a few times and never gotten a response. That includes Ken & Chris.

I've been waiting for more information regarding a track stop screw replacement from Dani
since Mid-June. Maybe everyone is busy?

I sent a reminder email to Dani yesterday afternoon and got a reply back right away.
Seems that his computer went down for a few days and he lost some info. Maybe
the same thing happened to his shipmates at Catalina?

Just got a call from Catalina and they're shipping out my stuff today. Maybe the
computer is back up and running . Suggest you send 'em another email reminder like I did.
