Greetings all. About eight months ago I began my search for a C25, and discovered this wonderful forum. At that time I posted my interest in buying a pristine 89/90 wing, and I received several responses from members. To make a long story short, I recently purchased "Tenacity", #5994, from one of the Association members with whom I had originally corresponded.
So it is thanks to this forum that I found my boat. In addition, several other members were extremely generous with their information, time, and expertise. Chief among these is "OJ".
A big reason that I wanted a C25 was this forum. The depth of knowledge and generosity of the members is amazing. I hope to contribute, as well as to learn, from you all. I joined the forum months ago, and now that I have purchased "Tenacity" I joined the Association. As someone else said, it is the best $22 that can be spent. I will post photos as soon as I learn how.
Jerry, congrats on Tenacity. I am sure you will have lots to offer the members being an owner of 3 previous sailboats. We look forward to your partipation. Welcome and please let us know if we can be of any help with pics. Steve A
Welcome Jerry, This form is one of a kind and I'm on it daily. I'm looking at purchasing a 36' Catalina in the future and there form is nothing like this. So enjoy your new boat and look forward to hearing from you in the future.
It works! Many thanks to GaryB for directing me to the link that explains the photo posting process. As an aside, I drove 1400 miles (each way) to buy Tenacity. She was at a small marina on Lake of the Woods, Minnesota. The tow experience went well. More on that at another time.

Love the little hatches, I considered that very thing to provide head room at the head. You can see picts of my 89 here. http://gallery.mac.com/fhopper#100045& bgcolor=black& view=grid
