I have a 25 ft Mcgregor and I have stanchions, a mast and boom but I don't know what else. The keel fell off so I got the boat. It would not be worth fixing.

I thought 25' MacGregors had water ballast and a dagger board???????

Most MacGregor 25's had swing keels, similar to the Catalina 22. Mt brother co-owns one, as well as a Mac 26D. The 26D is water ballast with a daggerboard.
