I finally got around to posting my BVI bareboat pics from earlier this year. It was 1 degree Fahrenheit here Thursday morning, so it seemed like a good time to update the blog.

Hope you enjoy. There are 10 posts of the trip, follow the links to navigate through.

What a great report on an awesome experience.

Thanks Mike, even here in sunny SoFla where we are preparing for our 3 nights in Biscayne Bay, there is envy reading your report.

Mike, i spent most of Sunday afternoon daydreaming through the pics and description of your trip. Sounds like great fun. I commend you on your work with the scouts--having been involved for many years, i know where you are coming from when you see potential Eagle projects wherever you are!

Thanks for sharing your BVI bareboat cruise with us!

I'm gonna try to convince the Admiral to give it a try someday!

@John - all you need to do is talk her into getting on the plane. Once you're there the place will sell itself.
@Richard - good to know there's a fellow scouter here. I was a scoutmaster for 15 years and enjoyed the experience immensely. With 4 sons of my own I can really see first hand how the program turns boys into young men.

Now with just 46 days til our 2011 bvi expedition, I only have one big problem. I have lost my Spot Satellite Messenger. The irony of losing the one device which can be found anywhere in the world is eating at me.
