Anyone have info to share about the sailing venue of Lake Wyle ?

Did you explore it on Google Earth or the like? I got curious... Looks like mostly a pontoon boat lake--mostly 1/2 mile wide or less with a low highway bridge across the middle. A little club called Catawba YC south of the bridge has Ensign and MC scow fleets. The other marinas are mostly covered, with only a couple of sailboats among them... FWIW, I'd suggest Lake Norman, north of Charlotte, probably has a lot more sailing (and more usable water).
