I can't tell how much safer I feel, thanks to all the people that maintain this forum and post with their knowledge and insight.

I'm just a little lake sailor. It must really help for the folks that go offshore..and to be able to hear from the ones that do..

My boat on the Chesapeake Bay looks less this week like Dave's balmy Florida-style scene and more like this:
