Tough to imagine after seeing this same scene so many times last summer. Must be a sturdy structure to hold up all the weight too.

When I first saw that picture, it occurred to me that this isn't the first time Cleveland has seen bad winters. This must have happened at least once or twice to the old Coast Guard Station back in the day when it was still occupied ?!?!?!?!? Of course, the buildings were heated then and probably not well insulated so maybe not.
