I would like to know how to get the pictures on the web page. I can't seem to get it right.

Posting photos in messages on the Forum isn't that hard once you get used to it … it's just a matter of understanding the process.

The first thing you have to do is find a place on the internet to post your photo. The Forum software links your photo to your message so the rest of us can see it. Photos on your computer's hard disk won't work ... the rest of us can't see anything on YOUR hard disk ... only YOU can. So, Shutterfly works great for storing photos, and it's free. Use this link to go to their website and sign up, then you can start storing photos there:

After you have stored a photo(s) on Shutterfly, click once on the thumbnail of the photo so you will have the large photo on your screen, not the thumbnail version. Then simply right-click your mouse on the photo you want to post on the Forum. A menu will appear ... click on the last item, "properties." A new page will appear, and about halfway down the page you'll see the URL address (it begins with "http"). Highlight and copy the URL address ... now you are ready to paste it into your Forum message.

When you compose a message on the Forum you'll see some icons in the "format" line. Click on the 7th icon ... it is a box with what looks like a photograph of a mountain in it. When you click on it, you will insert the following into your message:

[img][img]

Then, put your cursor between the middle brackets and past the URL address of your Shutterfly photo between them ... it will look something like this:

[img]http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b2d907b3127cce9f7e15d037210[img]

That's all there is to it. When you preview or post your message, you'll see a photo in place of the image brackets and the URL address.

Tom, follow the instructions and it all works fairly simply. Try it post your pictures!
