As many of us begin preparations for the upcoming season, here's another thing to think about...

There is also a major magnetic anomaly in the South Atlantic related to the south mag. pole. Some researchers think it is a precursor for a repeat the planet's history of periodic pole reversals in the next 500 -10,000 years. Gonna' need some serious sunblocker for a couple of centuries if that happens, and better dust off those semaphore flags too.
