I saw that Rick Heaverly requested postings of our Catalinas based on his visit to Abacus' website. I've added a couple of new pages on Abacus' upgrades/tips. Check out pages 2 and 3. Just follow the link below.

Features--Bimini light, Garhauer rigid boom vang, and bed conversion.

The boat came with the table. I don't know what the previous owner did.

Thanks.

My teak was dirt grey when I bought it. Removed handrails and hatch rail. Cleaned with West Marine two part teak cleaner.

Sanded with 220 grit between coats.

Four coats of Interlux Jet Speed Varnish for build up.

3 coats of Interlux GoldSpar Varnish for UV protection (Jet Speed is not UV resistant)
